In order to complete the Enrolment process, you -

1. Firstly need to select the Training Programme or Course you want to enrol for and complete the Enrolment Form in full
2. Ensure that all the information on the form is correct
3. Print the completed form and
4. Sign where applicable (parents or guardians)

After the Enrolment Form is completed and signed, and if you enrolled for the National Certificate in Travel, you need to -

4. print and sign the "Terms and Conditions for Admission" which can be obtained by clicking here

We also require copies of the following required documentation

• Copy of the Learner’s Birth Certificate
• Copy of the Learner’s Identity Document
• Copies of Identity Documents for both Parents or Guardian/s
• Proof of Residence (e.g. Electricity account)
• Last results from Record Exam / Matric Certificate
• Copy of Medical Aid Card
• any Other Legal Documentation regarding the Learner

A non-refundable registration fee of R150.00 per Learner must be paid into the following bank account (except when it has been paid already):

6. All the above documentation, including a copy of the deposit slip, must be faxed to

A representative of the Academy will notify you if your application was successfull, and will forward you your user name and password in order to log in to your personlised section of the GTA Travel Academy website.
