Award-winning actress and acclaimed motivational speaker, Brümilda van Rensburg, recently presented a Professional Appearance workshop to the first year students at the GTA Travel Academy. The day’s activities included telephone etiquette as well as face to face communication techniques. The workshop is an integral part of the student’s training and ensures adherence to the prescribed Unit standard to "Maintain Health, Hygiene and a Professional Appearance".
