The course is an introduction to Conference Management – and on completion the Travel co-ordinator would have had exposure to all the topics covered. It is recommended that the followup 2 day course – Detailed Conference Management be attended.
The course entails a practical component whereby the attendees would be given a practical situation and guided through the process of a conference booking.
